Success is not an event but a Process

What comes to your mind when you hear the common word "success"? You can define it in your own understanding but I believe success is not all about money as the societal beliefs

dictates.

Personally, I believe success is been in your God-ordained purpose where your passion flows with ease in your area of calling. Furthermore, that which comes to you naturally easily attracts like-minded people and the resources you need.

Self-awareness can not be detached from the path to your purpose. It is possible to have money and be unfulfilled and have a void.Is it possible? Yes, it is.

Let's learn some helpful tips to implement as you pursue the path to success. It's good to note that success is a process and nobody wakes up successful overnight! That's a misconception that the younger generation should internalize.

Growing Yourself

As you pursue your success path fist you need to grow yourself intentionally in your career and applying the discipline's needed to enhance success. This includes consistency resilience and hard-work.

Envision where you would want to be. This help's you to interact with like-minded people and to make choices that will lead to where you want to be.

Taking Action

If you have great ideas on paper without implementation is all futile. It's a very common practice to most people, who don't steep out there to the unfamiliar territories and to resolve to take risks.

List down all the action steps that you need to take to where you want to get. Some may work or some may be wrong nevertheless, it's a learning experience. When you make the wrong direction it's part of the process because you acquire knowledge and the right direction.

Motion is what brings out this awareness, so no action results in no learning. When you set out clear goals whether they are right or wrong, you activate small successes that give you the motivation to keep moving forward.

Some days may be tough and you may feel like giving up, that's all part of the process but ultimately, you learn to pick yourself up and move forward. I struggle to write this blog posts because it's not as easy as it looks. It takes discipline and growing beyond my emotions to do this.

If you have not taken action make the resolve to do so and divorce from excuses because they will always be there and some sound very justified! If you have the passion nothing will stop you from getting to where you want to be.

Accountability

It's your personal responsibility to create ways of accountability. Share your intents to people who desire to see your success. Sharing with others gives you some intense pressure that discourages comfort zones and excuses.

An accountability partner pushes you on track and monitors your progress and missteps because this is the path of building success. This proces help's you to make conscious decisions.

Be ready to invest in your personal development. Invest in a business coach and be open to learning whenever the opportunity presents itself.

Attraction

Once you are aware of your purpose and you've taken action and additionally been accountable you slowly start adapting to the right behaviour. The right behaviour will set the pace for you to get to where you want and the law of attraction begins.

The law of attraction begins to fall in place"who you are is who you attract." When you get into this level you attract like-minded people and business ventures and ideas.

If you're a growing person you attract growing people as well. You need to relentlessly get committed for the law of attraction to apply that is "attracting committed people".

When you interact with like-minded people you will be able to identify people who have gone ahead of you who can act as mentors.

Mentors are priceless, they help you grow in your field and ensure that you don't fall into pitfalls.

Authority

It's important to note that success has a price. How much do you want to succeed? You have to be aware of the sacrifices that you have to make. "No pain no gain". You have to be an authority over your emotions.

You have to invest in time and hard work and going the extra mile. Keeping a teachable attitude and maintain consistency.

It will be worth the time and when you get into this momentum you will realize it becomes easier for you. Be an authority in your area of calling and build a brand around it.

Conclusion

Success is a process and it requires a determined soul to take the path. It's very possible to be successful in your field, if only you put in the work required and persistence.
