I'm sure most of us are seeing and have all the negative vibes that are all over because of the corona pandemic. exercisingHowever, there is some positivity in the covid-19 pandemic. The whole world is locked up and everyone is wishing that life will soon return to normal. But it's not easy to be inspired and have energy all the time as it is now, is it? And yet we need the motivation to get things done.

I will share a few tips on how to cope with this Corona pandemic. We need all of you" after corona"yes I said, "after Corona". This will soon be in our archives believe me you. That's where knowing how to set priorities is critical to ensuring your time and energy is well spent.

Ok, let's dive in.

Stay Energized

This is often overlooked, but managing your mental energy is even more important than managing your time. So have a think about your current situation. How much attention are you paying to your mental energy? Are you glued to your screens waiting for the news briefings about the pandemic?

Here are some questions to help you reflect. Rest Vs. sleep what's the difference? Do you think in terms of investing your energy or just investing your time?

What actions do you take to conserve or replenish your energy? Your physical energy? Your mental energy? Some good insights could be exercising for physical energy bearing in mind we are all locked up so let's be disciplined in our eating least we put on unnecessary weight.

Reignite Your Love for Learning

Before I do so let's look at some common reasons why people run into learning difficulties as they age. This is a global theme of "I've passed a certain age and it's not worth learning something new! Can you relate to that? Learning is for everyone no matter what their age.

Currently, there is so much to learn from the free online courses, alternatively, you can invite a reading culture which lacks in the majority. The more you learn the more you increase your skills and knowledge in this dynamic world.

Another benefit is keeping your mind sharp and fresh. There is no excuse of time if there is anything to take advantage of currently is time. Let this time have a memorable mark in your life as the corona pandemic finds its way to the archives. Won't you?

The other common excuse I hear from people for giving up on learning is... "The latest technology, stuff like gadgets and apps, is strictly for young people. If this is your thought pattern then you will be holding back some great opportunities, that the latest tech can offer. Learn, learn and learn some more if you stop learning you "start dying"!

So whatever your age I'd urge you to join the many lifelong learners - people who are continually growing and progressing their lives. Just think, there are probably countless skills and knowledge that you can use to further your goals whatever phase of life you're currently in.

The bottom line is that you can make the best of every season whether good or bad."Don't wait for an opportunity." Create it. This negative Corona pandemic season can birth that business idea that you have procrastinated for decades.

Stay Positive.

Let me hear where you are at this time.........

Cheers
