What makes you unique? That could unravel the giant within you. It has to be so specific like that of the lion; the king of the jungle!

It rules with bravery and confidence. The eagle is a unique bird and its uniqueness makes it distinct from all the other birds. Its strength, size, and beauty.

You have to identify where your strength lies (abilities and skills) size (vision) and beauty (uniqueness). You also need to identify where your voice will lead.

I will give an example of music, we have so many artists out there but all of them have a unique voice and style.

What makes the difference in all of them is their own personal uniqueness. This gives them an audience and a voice where they are needed.

Some tips to Enlighten You.

1. Eagles Have a Vision

This amazing bird has a clear vision and it symbolizes its mental strength and great focus. As a leader in your area where your voice should be heard your vision has to be clear.

A blurred vision leads to confusion and frustration. Visionary leaders have a clear sight of what they want to execute; though many people around them may not spot it. Patience is a virtue to cultivate and the ability to seize opportunities when they strike as you pursue and engage your uniqueness.

You need to tailor your vision with focus and clarity for you to be able to execute it. Do you have a vision and if you do; is it clear or it's blurred?

Emulate the eagle's sight; it can spot another eagle soaring 50 miles away. You cannot escape the responsibility of tomorrow by evading today. (Abraham Lincoln).

2. Eagles are Bold

Eagles never surrender to their prey despite the size they will fight for their territory. They thrive in storms while the rest of the birds flee from storms. You need to be bold for your voice to be heard; great leaders are problem solvers and brace themselves for higher challenges.

The knowledge that you will face challenges in your pursuit will place you to love the storm and face it head-on!

3. Eagles are high Flyers

When you learn to love the storm you will protect what you love and cherish. You must be ready to soar high despite the risks that will be involved. Who are you surrounding yourself with? Complainers or problem solvers?

Association with likeminded people and the ability to disassociate with negative voices is necessary. Eagles do not associate with chickens. They are both birds but with very different orientation.

Many people lose it when the storms come and they quit. Winners never quit and quitters never win. Look for quality associations of thinkers who are decision-makers and who take action in their pursuits.

You need to develop the skills of looking for such people who will push your voice higher.

4. Eagles Never Give up Living

When eagles get older and their feathers wear out because of age they get into solitude. When this happens they slow down, in speed and in their manoeuvres.

Despite these setbacks, they go ahead and pluck all their feathers until they are bare and bang off their own beaks. This must be a painful process that displays high resilience determination and patience.

This takes place in stages and regrowth of all body parts, occurs adding the eagle’s years to 30 to 40 more years. This is a thrilling experience, isn’t it?

You need to take stock periodically in order to evaluate where you need changes. When you take stock you monitor progress and mark out the areas where you need improvement.

You need to do checks and balances and maintaining an attitude of learning new skills regularly.

When you emulate the eagles characterises you will soar high and pursue your voice to be heard in a specific industry. Like the eagle, when you get weary get into solitude restock and come back with a bang!
